Now it's shattered.
I hoped,
That's gone to.

Now I don't.
God why don't you answer,
When I need you?

I read this twice to myself and once allowed, and the only thing I could think of was "WOW". This is intense, very deep... Not like 'heartfelt' deep, more like it goes all the way down to the toes. Great write!
