When I have a bad day
Or Im just looking to play
I turn to my friend
When I have excitement to share
Or Im just looking to go somewhere
I turn to my friend
When I have a secret to tell
Or just need to yell
I turn to my friend
When Im happy as can be
Or just need someone to see
I turn to my friend
When I feel all alone
And my troubles have grown
I turn to my friend
When Im overwhelmed with fears
And my eyes fill with tears
I turn to my friend
When I looking for a smile
Or havent had fun in a while
I turn to my friend
But she is no longer here.
