Blood

Contributed by brokenheartedfool on Saturday, 1st November 2003 @ 04:23:29 PM in AEST
Topic: DarkPoetry

The sun shines rays of blood
The rain drips drops of blood
Blood is everywhere I see
This place would be a vampire's heaven
Fresh nectar from a clean sliced vein
Blood pours on the floor and runs down the walls
When theres blood theres death
And what is it all for

Where there's blood there's life but maybe I'm just splitting hairs. 3.5 on the Nortiscale.

Blood is good, we need it to live, and it does sound like my kind of heaven...........
Then again not many are willing to part with what they need to live.
Excellent poem keep it up.
