the world to me has a potential to be good or bad
and people's actions depend on whether im happy or sad
but i know i can rely on you
i'll always have a hand to squeeze no matter what i'm going through
you see without you i'd be in the pitch dark
with no smile upon my face
but you are my light and forever will you burn
forever i will smile
because if i have you the agony of life is worthwhile
