Dusk settles and a tranquil evening falls,
As upon the breeze,she hears hope's call
Above glittering stars,beyond silver moon
Harmony at play,destiny in tune
Beside her,best friend,protector of soul
Sent through time,her fear he holds
Guarding her heart,keeping her near
Many moons they'll await,faith in love,clear
On the bank of a river,upon earth's bed
With he by her side,she'll rest her head
All through the night,watchful,he stays
Ensuring her safety,command of her brave
The muskrat is diving,the ripples are heard
As the dreams of her heart,soothingly stir
Sounds of the wild,blanket her skin
As one with this wilderness,peaceful within
Awaiting through darkness,hours from day
Yet one breath closer,to destiny's play
Faithful by side,courageous by heart
The brave and the wolf,one and same,they are

Another beautiful portrait painted by your pen..I dont think there is anything you cant write about. Every subject you choose become a masterpiece of poetry. :o)
