A sudden chill
cool breath of air
on a windless night
scent of perfume
vaguely familiar
dark shapes
hardly discernable
from black of night
faint echo of footsteps
a sigh from beyond
creak of wooden steps
rattle of chains
somewhere, a grave
is yawning open....

| reminds me ot the very first night I slept in a haunted house. didnt get scared but I slept with 1 eye open. |
