The Mighty Fall

Contributed by yellow_sundragon on Saturday, 24th August 2002 @ 07:38:54 AM in AEST
Topic: LostLove

You sent flowers in a vase
On the day we met
You put the stars in their place
The very next day
You made the moon shine on my face

After that we had such fun!
Going places with each other
Marching to the beat of a different drum
And living a life together
But now that time is done

Tonight you called to dump me
For reasons you call good enough
Let's stop this insanity
And get back together
Because I don't want to be free

I'll try to get over it all
I don't want to need you tonight
Please don't try to call
To see if I'm alright, cuz
That's how the mighty fall
