I could've died tonight.....
If the razor cut too deep
to match the pain inside
just to reach eternal sleep
in my sharp friend i confide
Suddenly the world makes perfect sense
only this silver maiden cares
the blood runs, muscles tense
my hopeless skin tears
I could've died tonight....
If only I'd be missed
impossible to fit in
found ecstasy in a blade's kiss
so wonderful, it's sin
I've been given a Sisyphean task
to forever retrace these scars
for help i'll never ask
I'll never reach their many pars
I could've died tonight....
The pain it felt so good
I took it way too far
impossible to stop, yet i knew I should
it'll be more than just a scar
a veil fell upon my eyes
life's test I ultimately passed
this blissful escape my final prize
at last myself unmasked
I died tonight......
