Leaving You Behind

Contributed by cammy on Tuesday, 11th November 2003 @ 06:27:18 AM in AEST
Topic: Suicide

Life has dealt me,
A very bad hand,
I really want to leave,
This heart breaking land.

To stop this hurt,
I would have to die,
No-one could know,
I would have to lie.

One more week,
Till my life ends,
When I take that last pill,
Death it will send.

Nothing can stop me,
Its my time to leave,
The hurt you will know,
And why I had to deceive.

I like this poem but I hope it is not a cry for help.If you take that last pill we won't be deceived,we here will all know! And life is to precious to just give up,as we all have been dealt a raw deal, but perservering and overcoming is what makes us stronger. If you want to PM me...feel free...my door is always open!!!!! 0:-)
Angel always...godspeed...joni {{{cammy}}}

yes, im going to repeat what joni did, and that you can PM me any time.. I have felt like this sooo many times.. I can relate..
This is a good poem by the way. I think poetry is an excellent way to scream out pain, isn't it?
