fall is the touch of a lover caressing
the face of beauty
and as that beauty, softly
it does flow
but that which is the sun is
bound to burn thy fingers
as her touch burns me
inside my soul
what love is this that I am
engulfed so completely
what autumn fire has been
loosed in my breast
woe to me that I should
live without her
for without her life would
be as death
so come my lover and sit
beside me
our kisses hidden, our
whispers too
submirsed in an ocean
of desire
as autumn fire, I burn
for you
