Your eyes so sad do implore
Not knowing my thoughts to explore
You dont understand me
You try to command me
To end it and just shut the door
My voice you dont want to hear
I go on and on in your ear
I dont always follow
I try not to wallow
In hopes well end in good cheer
Our time too precious to waste
When silence follows distaste
We dont mean to do it
We just muddle through it
Wishing smiles to swap a stone-face
Eventually the difference is parted
Whatever it is that we started
Its just Venus and Mars
Not drugs and bars
So trivial Im sorry to have caused it
