tears
fall tenderly
they crush
the make believe
the fantasy
that everything is perfect
and life can't get you down
they are the truth
we all hurt
happiness is just
a temporary high
we feed off
we create the mood
the look
the mirage
that we are perfect
wit the perfect life
but it all comes shatterin down
in an instance
and the tears
roll freely
me on my knees
hands hidin' my face
so you can't see
i cry
oh i do
but not in front of you
i hide it
the emotions
and sorrow
they're kept inside
until
i breakdown
can't control it
not another moment
i just let it out
those are the tears
the tears of reality
