Release your hand from your lower face And exhale today forgetting about tomorrow
Weakness will be strengthened from this battle But first you must surrender Yourself to your past And simplify your complications
Hit me I know you fold What happened to your poker face?
What's to gain by your selfishness? You swallow your feelings Like a kid with his pees
It's time you look at what you've lost by remaining the same And how pushing back realization brings the Past closer
Your hope rises in those dreams You never sleep to see And your betrayal of trust has tilted me toward Righteousness Lifting my spirit once again
Forever knowing Nothing will ever become of us
