Rare Moments
In those rare moments
When hearts are not afraid
When hope and desire combine
And dreams are made
I dream of you
With your eyes of emerald fire
Your velvet touch
That fills with such desire
I imagine how it might be
Were you mine to keep
And how wonderful it would be
Beside you when you sleep
To hear you whisper my name
Softly in my ear
And know I am the one
You hold most dear
Yes in those rare moments
When my heart is free
My thoughts turn to you
And how love might be
