We are all like plants and flowers
beautiful in our own unique way
Each petal is so delicate and different from the rest
We thrive on sunlight and water
So many different colours and sizes
Grow in far away lands
United together as a flower
Torn apart by level of beauty
Some of us are a cactus
Others a stunning sunflower
Unlike plants and flowers we never forget
The scars always show
We have a memory and we have a past
The ability to chose where we live
Some plants live in the desert
Others in the ice
They can’t cry tears
They can’t defend themselves
Useless in a battle
Maybe when we die we become plants and flowers
Some people may finally have freedom
Freedom from this world
Freedom from their pain
Plants and flowers like people colour this black and white world.

Great write, lovely message.
You should consider the spell-check option tho. It won't hurt. I think in line 14 you meant to say
"the ability to choose" not to "chose".

What alovely poem it has inspired me to write a poem about a tree in my garden that taught me a little about our relationship with them.
