At One Point I Thought You Were The Best

There once was a time
i couldnt believe you were so fine
we used to stare into eachothers eyes
you seemed like a tease
Id look back and wish you were mine
but never imagined that, that wish would come true
I thought you were too good for me
so unreachable
but over the years ive come to find you reall arent all that
youve become less attractive every day
with every rude comment that youve made
now when i look into your eyes
the sparkle is gone
your just another guy
and your not so unreachable
ive also found
i can do even better
when at one point i thought you were the best
