Regal Fall
I was your prince, once upon a time your knight in shining armour the one you told the world you loved couldn't live without, or now with it seems.
Would you feed me to the sharks just to watch my blood run red or would you feast upon my anquish knowing you have the upper hand.
Crimson stripes across my cheek bears witness to your darker self. Daggers of hate pierce my heart pain strangles my breath.
What could I have said or done to reap this viscious thrust or was this just a planned charade to free you from a listless life?
Visions of grandeur mighty warriors see before great battles call to arms. Here I lay upon my field of dreams left lifeless as the fallen foe.
Frost of winter cannot cool the burn nor heal my broken heart though the darkness of this fateful night shall cloak my pride from intrusive eyes.
