The wind whispers your name in my ear
Warming me with it's breeze
Telling me there is nothing to fear
As I fall down onto my knees
The blood runs from my chest
Staining my white clothes
I whisper "God, I'm coming home to your nest."
But he already knows
My body becomes numb
As I slip into black silence
No more put downs or feeling dumb
No more nervousness or being tense
Just total relaxation
Like all the pain in the world is gone
I feel no more temptation
Just being happy to sing my song
And one last thing I hear before I go
Like it was ment to be
I hear the wind whisper your name
Or was that just me?
