Hey you, it's not Halloween
you can take off that mask
This isn't a freak show
get out of this class.
"Pssst look at her...
what planet is she from?"
Hey lets ask her,
she wont know she's dumb.
"Hey I heard you!
and you'll all pay!
I advise you not to come to school tomorrow
if you want to live another day!"
"Just kidding"
they all said
but it was much too late
that poor girl couldn't take it,
a victim of all the hate
The cafeteria went quiet
as she began to cry
"I really didn't mean it...
I don't want y'all to die"
We all knew what she wanted then
and that was to be left alone
She wasn't hurting anyone
she was a person of her own.
I knew it from the start
that their taunts would make her snap
There was only so much of this she could take
for a misunderstood good should not have to feel the wrath

People can be cruel with no regards to the damage it can do to a fragile soul. I just wanted to hug the girl in this poem.
