Where are you now
Youve never been here
no dreams allowed

Do you know who I am
know my face
Do you understand where Ive been?
So tell me dad
Did you have a nice life
going every day
never bearing your daughters strife
So tell me dad
how is the life your own
Tell me why you never called
too hard to use a phone
So tell me dad
Do you know that I am yours
At least thats what Im told
do you realize Im turning 22
and was never yours to hold?
So tell me dad
should I give up
knowing I need something from you
Dont worry its not support or love
for my birthday I want the truth
