I have my axe in hand, I will chop down this tree That is blocking my path, Right in front of me.
This tree shouldn't be here, It's destined for the chop. I am stronger than I look, I cannot, will not stop
Until this tree is felled And removed from my sight. Splinters fly as I swing the axe With all my will and might.
This tree, its' roots are strong But I am stronger still. It's already been here way too long, It's ill and wants to kill
The fertile earth it was Accidentally planted in. I cannot let this tree live on, That would be a sin.
This tree will shatter, Turn to firewood in my hands. Disintegrated, gone forever, I'll be free again to walk these lands.
