You never ask me how my day was,
just walk around
with nothing in your head.
Stirring memories haunt your eyes,
yes it hurts but so do I.
Daddy look at how i've grown,
I can't be your baby forever,
yet in the house away from harm
you keep me.
Lisen daddy to my cries
you keep me away from monsters outside
but your the monster i want to leave.
Drinking all the time
hurts my forgotten soul,
so please daddy let me go,
I can't stay here anymore.
Giant bags on my face
show a painful night
of dreams i can't remember.
