What happens now?

Contributed by nightrider on Saturday, 6th December 2003 @ 03:12:08 PM in AEST
Topic: DarkPoetry

what happens when a horror story unfolds before your eyes.
what happens when your world collapses from all the lies.
what happens when the dam breaks and all your tears fall.
what happens when you cant let it out and just keep hitting the wall.
what happens when you get hurt more than ever before.
what happens when you just cant take these disappointments anymore.
im not sure what happens yet,
but I know I will soon,
the world has let me down again,
all I needed was a friend.
its ok I say,
as I always do,
i pretend it never happens,
pretend I never cried,
pretend Im still happy,
live behind all these lies.
will you hear me,
when Im screaming at you now.
will you help me,
if you see the blood running down.
oh well, its too late,
you cant help me now,
but I just cant fake this anymore
