Youre sitting alone in a corner
Starring blankly at a flickering light
Realze this life isnt what you wanted
Well, you need to stand up and fight
Cause you get outta bed in the morning
And barely make it through the day
Then you go to sleep at nigh depressed
Yet you still dont change your ways
Once upon a time you laughed
You sang with freedom and fun
You lived for the sake of living
Now theres no reason to see tomorrows sun
When you closed your eyes for a minute
All the world passed you by
I wanted to bring you with us
I thought at least youd try
Just wake up and take a look around
Is this all you hoped and dreamed?
It isnt, yet you close your eyes again
I guess youre not the person you seemed
