Little Girl

Contributed by Cora-Windover on Sunday, 7th December 2003 @ 10:02:54 PM in AEST
Topic: mystical

Hello, little girl
Have you been inside my garden?
There are lots of pretty wonders
That I'm sure you would enjoy

Come in, little girl
Take a look at all the flowers
There's a fountain and a hammock
And a weeping willow tree

Oh look, little girl
See the tiny fairy circles?
They are everywhere around you
There is magic in the air

Speak up, little girl
It is safe inside my garden
There is nothing that will harm you
There is nothing wrong at all

Come here, little girl
Step beside my silver mirror
Where the garden is reflected
Here, a thousand captured souls

Oh dear, little girl
Did I say that part aloud?
Well, I'm sure I didn't mean it
Would I ever lie to you?

That's right, little girl
There is nothing here to harm you
I am nothing more than kindess
(From a thousand captured souls)

Oh look, little girl
Now the glass is slowly fading
Can you see my perfect world extends
Beyond this tiny vale?

Step in, little girl
Leave your troubles and your worries
Play forever in my garden
(Of a thousand captured souls)

Ah yes, little girl!
Now there's nothing that can harm you
Play forever in my garden
Would I ever lie to you?

No, I never said
You could get back out again!
You're the one who listened to me...
You have handed me your soul
