Butterflies everywhere flying along with the summer's gentle breeze fluttering wings all different shapes sizes and colors.
Floating around from flower to flower what a radiant color.
Butterflies land on noses of playful children trying to catch them.
The calm air takes the butterflies by surprise as they softly sway to the grass lying beneath them.
Wings spread open butterflies get ready to take off, so they can float along with the summer's breeze once again.

pweety! I love children, I am one =^..^= well, sometimes I feel like a two year old, and sometimes I feel 30... anyway, I like the poem. Some of the breaks are a little sudden, and a different place would probably flow better. Adios, and kudos! ~Coa Windover |

Oh Cythia, this is a very special poem....it's light refreshing, and wonderfully worded. I too love little children....you made it quite clear in my mind what was happening. I could see it all in my Mind's Eye, and I was simply delighted. What a mighty fine poem.
Thank you for sharing dear....
lovingcritters but I love children more
