I want to see the sun bright
I want to see birds flying high
I want to be filled with the joy.
I dream of a wonderous place where love is everywhere
I hope to one day be there
Frolicking through the fields of dreams.
If only I was so lucky
I am instead trapped
Trapped like a verman rat.
The pits of hell surround me
Every where I turn the fire rises
There is no escape.
When the fire is not igniting the pain in my soul
Shadow surrounds me
Darkness everywhere with no escape.
Will he ever come for me?
I know he could pull me from this hell
He could pull me into the blissful dream world
Here in the fire and shadow I will wait
Waiting for him to hold me tight and make all the bad disapear
Make the bad fade into the good.
He can take me from this hell I have been dropped into
He is the embodiment of what makes me happy
He is my field of dreams
