Its all for the best
So you just lost your job
And the futures a haze.
You feel like a rat
Thats been caught in a maze.
Like the man from LaMancha
Who held tight to his quest
Hold tight and remember
Its all for the best.
You followed your dreams
And fell a little bit short.
You feel like a failure
Or a ship with no port.
Like an intrepid young eagle
Who dared leaving his nest
Venture out and remember
Its all for the best.
Well its finally over
And she broke your heart
Her memory lingers
And tears you apart.
Though your spirit is battered
And put to the test
Hang tough and remember
Its all for the best.
Sometimes youre up
Sometimes youre down
Sometimes youre crying
Sometimes you clown
But when your burden gets heavy
And you still may not rest
Find strength in remembering
Its all for the best.
