the remorse of a tiger

the remorse of a tiger is happenstance bloody toothed frown broken by saliva storms
he pulls aside the useless ephemeria and licks the underbelly of a dwindling being
we peer timidly through jungle lashes and encounter the golden iris of serenity
a twist of the head, a glance for that instance a tear streaks through scarlet paws

I can just see that tiger eating its prey. You've done a great job of showing us what jungle life is really like. |
