Ill practice my career in the night time.
And only do work in the day.
My career I will practice with passion.
But I only do work for its pay!
In love as in battle a soul can get hurt.
And if youre not careful get injured at work.
But getting hurt in a battle, at work, or a car,
Being hurt by a loved one is the worse hurt by far.
Now my work pays my mortgage,
And lets me live here.
But my work is my sideline.
Something else is more dear.
Ill put forth more effort,
And shed happy tears.
For loving you darling,
Is my blessed career!
