Im sorry that you feel this way.
Im sorry that I dont know what to say.
All I want is to comfort you,
But I find I dont know what to do.
I know you loved them with all your heart,
And thats what makes it harder to part.
I wish so much they would not have had to die,
Cause it hurt me so much to see you cry.
Cried for a life taken away as a youth.
Cried for the devastatingly horrible truth.
Cried for the smile youll forever long to see,
Cried because you know deep down, theyre happy to be free.
Im sorry that you feel so helpless,
Im sorry that you feel like such a mess.
I want to help you through this feeling,
But Im not sure Im good at healing.
But Ill try my very best,
So you might get some peaceful rest.
Just remember that I still love you.
And remember that they love you too.
