Look, my darling,
can't you see
how your silly mind games
are destroying me?
It's driving me crazy
just to see how
you try to live without me
it's so painful now.
It's like your hiding
behind your silly mask
making weak excuses
you never do the task.
The masks you use
are masks to hide love
it's not working too well,
trying to cheat the power above.
Once chemistry is there
between me and you
trying to deny it's there
is making me blue.
You can't deny the urgent pull
of chemistry between us
my heart of love is full,
but , babe, you needn't fuss.
The idea of hiding love
behind a see through mask
it seems a bit ridiculous
just do the simple task.
Of taking off the cardboard face
and facing the truth square
when you can take your place
you'll feel lighter than air.
So one last time
what are you going to do?
Being in love is not a crime
don't fight it; to yourself you must be true.
