Some people have tried
To get into heaven
By doing good things
Twenty-four/seven
Some have forsaken
Their wealth to wander
In search for the Maker
So that to them, He'll grow fonder
But the road to our God
Is not many, but one
None reach the Father
But by Jesus, His Son
A pardon is granted
For all of your sin
This gift is free
Accept it from Him
It's true that the fruit
Of your new life will show
That others may see
And through us will grow
Just ask for forgiveness
And He'll give it free
You're the reason He died
On Calvary
