Many roads that I've traveled
Many time have I've been broken
Never getting over you
I try no to be nostalgic
and only look ahead
But sometime it's easier this way
In my thoughts you haven't changed
You're the same as you were back then
Your breath remains upon my skin
And I still remember when
I relive every moment
Never wanting to forget
I save our memories for a rainy day
Storing them within my heart
So, when my journey ends
and yesterday is all that's left
Remember you were with me all the way

First loves are always remembered I think. Powerful and heart breaking when they end. I loved this, thank you for sharing it.
