I only have one wish
It is to understand this
Why must my heart torture me
With thoughts of things that were not to be
I am getting sick and having frequent chest pains
I wish for the coming of spring rains
My life has been so sad
And now I feel so bad
For someone is trying to win my heart
And feelings in me for him have begun to start
What am I going to do
I do not want to hurt you(lane)
I am so sorry for being stupid but it has come up again
And I don't know why but I know when
It was last night
I do not want to give you a fright
I care for you a lot
And really you are hot
But I cannot do this again
For love has caused me so much pain
I hope you understand
Above all of this though you are still my man
