Darker than the lights that never were I'll see you on the other side
Kick me in the stomach all over Forget all those ugly nights we cried
Grab the torch from your hands Preventing fires, such a beautiful thing
Kiss you goodnight one last time Find out what living might really mean
Never knowing the next step Always asking why
I don't know if I should tell you But I'll tell you with a sigh
I'll drive into the sunset Forget my memories that taunt me with you
I think I'll scratch your eyes out Remember everything I'm still in to
Roll the windows down and freeze you Just to hear you laugh
We could smile into together again Wreak havoc on life's wrath
But, as these lights always fade And this untold spirit that existed for you
As I sink into the darkness And I remember all the things you and me were in to
As the lights that hold my face die down And I can forget the part of me that died
Your face is darker than the lights ever were But, maybe I'll see you on the other side

Wow... I absolutely love it. It's deep, it's dark, it's descriptive, it's real... I'm loving it!! Amazing. Keep it up!!
