she lights the candle. it puts out enough light for her to see his face. she knows this face. she is comfortable with this face. she loves this face. they lay back and hold eachother and talk. she can look dead into the eyes on this face and admit her fears, embarassments, and mistakes without guilt or second guessing. this face loves her. she can see it in those eyes. those mysterious yet loving, harmless eyes that she knows so well. she has memorized every expression that this face could ever make. she knows its flaws and imperfections as well as its perfections. the glow of the lighted candle seems to intensify. it becomes brighter. it gives the face a shimmering ora. a look of innocence and pureness. the ora speaks to her. as if telling her this is the face of "the one". " could that be the face?" she asks herself as she slowly puckers her lips to blow out the candle. the room goes dark. she feels an arm around her, pulling her closer. " i love you" he whispers softly. " this is the face", she thought before drifting off to sleep. " he is the one."
