|
i know i could never be a wise woman
or a published poet
i could never write a book
or claim to be the biggest fan of literature
but i can dream.....
knowing miracles do happen
and sometimes defeat reality
i know i do not hold educational talents
i will never be a lawyer
or be able to impress my future love with a high income
but at least i know then
if someone settles with me they settle for love
i know there are beautiful places that i may never see
but i can just stay pleased i have been able to go the places i have been
there are lots of things that i may never do
but being loved and loving is enough for me
