The world is in a mess;
mankind's inhumanity to man!
What can we do, Lord?...
to bring peace and happiness?
What can we do to heal disease...
and wipe away the pain and poverty?
How can we resolve our conflicts?
How can we stop the wars?
With our many differences in cultures, color, languages, and religions?
Lord, what shall we do
with our fears of one another?
How do we learn to love our enemies?
We can't, Lord...
unless You teach us how.
Only You within our hearts,
beginning with You,
just where we are,...
to
whomever we can reach.
Come together, brothers and sisters.
Come together for the sake of peace
and the love of God.
All together now!
Good will to all humanity!

Unfortunately many religions demand faith.
Faith must be unshakable.
Thus our convictions keep us apart.
Until we have doubts, seek answers and find solutions there will be no comming together.
Religion is it's own worst enemy.
I have written several poems on this problem. If you're interested I 'll list them for you
