You thought you could weaken my dreams
You thought you could toil with my emotions
You thought you could make my troubled soul scream.
You did anger me
You did make me cry
You did make me hate you
However, my spirit never died.
After all the obstacles
After all the hurdles to cross
After all the tears
After all the loss
Here I am before everything
Here I am above it all
Here I am standing
Here I am standing tall
Despite whatever stopped me
Despite whatever hurt
I never let it get to me too much
I never let it work
It didn't work this time
It didn't work at all
For look at me all you haters...
Look! I'm still standing...
