Suicide
|
a shadow descends from down the hall, i scream in the chilled night air. my mother, now so close to my bedroom door. i cover my eyes from her cold touch. "it's okay", that's all i hear her say.
and now i cry...
never letting go of what i've became to be, everything i've ever felt, it's all what you've taught me to feel. so cold...
and now i cry...
my tears, upon my pillow. childhood memories, so hollow. a warm embracement is so hard to find. i slit a cold wrist, just to pass the time. she screams "you're nothing".
i remember everything you've taught me, and now i cry...
