Don't let the shadows come for me again,
Don't let the darkness take me.
I'm so alone and so afraid
And you're the one who carries my key.
I don't deserve anything,
It's all up to you.
But if you've promised to me before,
Please promise now you'll stay true.
I can't get out all by myself,
Even though I made this cell.
Right now I can't tell you how or why,
But that it's more secrets I'll never tell.
Get me out this time,
Can't promise I won't ask again,
When you try so hard to love so much
You pay no heed to sin.
