Moment-
The smallest unit of time.
It is an object.
Moment by moment --So many such moments---We call time.
Time denotes fate.
Kalpa the highest unit of time--
Having four yugas--
Krut..Treta..Dwapar and Kali.
So many such kalpas...
A day to the creater Brahma...
according to Hindu mythology.
Time and space...not measurable.
No beginning...no ending...no bounds
A yogi can experience a moment..
and a Kalpa too..
not moving from his seat.
He can perceive an Atom and the Universe..
Opening his third eye ,at a time.
so dont waste any moment.

Great..in a single moment a matured yogi can experience Brahman who is greater than the greatest and minuter than the minutest ..
I forgot to look at the universe with my yogic eye.. soon I will resort to my yogic practice.
