you carry your intuition
in a brown paper bag
slip into the alleyway
to check in with your muse
give into fits of sadness
leave your shades of blue
while all the time
they're watching you
all the things you do
are done for their apprecaition
like water in the desert
shelter in the storm
you need them all around you
sipping wine from paper cups
drunk on adulation
without them you are nothing
nothing at all ~
