You shall see my silhouette among the clouds, Hear the waves call out my name, Trace my footprints in the sand, Think of how I held your hand, Keep on walking till youre tired, Keeping on walking till you pant, When you come across a grave dont cry, This is the place now where I lie, For if your tears I were to see, I would collect them tenderly, To hear your voice so very serene, To see the redness of your cheeks, To hear just how your silence speaks, To be alive among your thoughts, I care not now that I am dead, For you are close I do not dread, Our love is a melody, its vagrant fragrance, Shall roam with its un-ending trance, And once again One day again, It shall find you amidst the tawny beach, And you shall return like restless fawn, The warmth will live to the very dawn, And if life so short made me treacherous, Forgive and do not leave my side, Forgive me if I was ever prejudiced, Now death has buried all my pride, Though I rest beyond the horizon some where, The breeze my darling shall carry you there, And if you ever wish to weep and rue, My intangible shoulder will be there for you, And if my name you cease to call, Time may end but Ill keep waiting.
