Tenderness enraptured in a chaotic fever, Taking two beings in a whirlwind of lust. Never mattered that there'd soon be fire, To obliterate the essence of what once was. What once was and never will be again. Scorned..But not too proud to cast blame. Making two beings drive a stake in the other. Never mattered that neither coomitted a crime. To conceal a want for those arms that held before. Arms that held before but never will again. So bitter and so cold, for misery has no friend. Lies replace the truth when fears control emotion. Why did we take so much pleasure in creating so much pain? It's because we never tired to know each other, because we never knew or understood ourselves. Such a faith in negative ends.
