I wish I could cry
And dry my tears
With your loving kiss
Killing my fears
But it can never happen
It will always be a risk
So with every slice
I think of you
Nothing will ever suffice
I need to get through
Please forgive me
I always loved you
But now set me free
Cos Im hurting inside
The pain in my eyes
If only I could confide
I cant take it anymore
Pressure only building
Its f***** up worse than before
My life is just a disturbed gilding
A portrait of what I am
I hide my feelings on the shelf
I know I never, will never can;
The only comfort is that I hate myself

| STOP HATING YOURSELF! A very good write but I think it's time you forgave yourself and started looking to the future. Whoever this poem is aimed at try and get them to read it. You are human and there is little time in life for so much regret. |

Aww I just want to give you a hug. So much pain and hurting found in your words. Please don't hate yourself, instead work on loving yourself. If someone has caused you to hate yourself they do not deserve you, you deserved to be loved, everyone does.

I can really connect with this peice because i feel exactly the same way... i cant stand anything about me.. i hate myself i truely do, partly for similar reasons you hate yourself and other (mostly) because of what i think of myself, this write has inspired me and got me thining about my next peice so thankyou for sharing it
