You ever reach and grasp, but afraid to take ahold
You ever want or need, and yet never let it be known
You ever sit and wait, but only within your own silence
You ever lay awake and still dream, knowing it will only leave you spent
You ever hope and seek shelter, but never leave your own turmoil
You ever linger and long for, only to still be alone
You ever believe and trust, yeah youre alot like me
You ever stand back and watch, tell me what do you see?
