Amputated Spirit

You started everything as game
cuz you thought you will win

You don't know how I am
You don't know how I feel
You played with all those you came around
and you left them miserable

You came in my life with promises
You are the one who said once
"Honey let's be together always"
"Honey you are the one who I was looking for"
"You are the one whom GOD sent to me cuz I prayed"
So where are those promises
Where are you? When I am so cold and dead
Now I have the feeling of an amputated spirit
I have nothing left except guilt

I thought we are in love always
until and unless you gave up on me to be with someone else
who loved you more than I did
who cared for you more than I did

I guess it was my fault
cuz love is a free spirit
Love cannot be forced
Love cannot be tamed
and the fact is we never clicked

All I feel is defeated and cheated
I wish life can be at least rebooted

You are so happy to be with Mr. M again
and see how I am living my life in pain
with so many questions in mind
the answers to which are difficult to find

and the only lines I listen to
"I don't want to close my eyes"
"I don't want to fall asleep"
"I miss you baby"
"and I don't wanna miss you baby"

Now all I have with me is your Love
your thoughts and your smile
which I won't ever desert
cuz you are the first lady who made me love.
