Come on yall get into line
Everythins gonna be just fine
For Mom, Apple Pie and Holy God
I swear its not a firin' squad...

You can leave your brain right at the door
I swear you wont need that any more
Forget your conscience you dont need it
Why worry? Consume it and greed it!

Dont concern yourself 'bout all that killin
Just stuff your face when youre willin
Dont think! Just eat!
Forget the real and your mind's defeat

Get back to the trough
And off the streets
Hang real happy off
MacDonalds teats

Forget the gap between
What IS and what MIGHT be
Just lose yourself
In this U.S. fantasy

Livin fat off the land
Drinkin beer and livin' religious
But dont ask me to love my neighbour
Whats mine wont be his!

We want it all
We are arrogant enough
To eat up the world
Anyways... whats it worth?

Ill tell you a hundred times
How we are the best
Were certainly fatter
than the rest!

Whatever you have
We have it much bigger
Yeah, we can SAY that
Though never BEEN there

We tell each other
Day on day
There is nothing better
than the American way

We dont even consider...
We know nothing else...
We just know what we know
more or less

And if you call that ignorance
Then I guess thats so
Im sorry I cant help that
Its just something I know

Im in this belief bubble
Dont see through my eyes
I believe what I like
And like to fantasise

You know they talk of
this Land of the Free
But so many lies just confirm
The brainwash of me

Its more comfortable to believe
Im top, Im strong, Im best
Its so reassuring to believe
Were superior to the rest

Its not that I refuse to care
Its just Ive nothing to compare
All my friends think same as me
And if they dont it's anarchy

I cant see the alternative to all this
Its just our way of living
Im truly sorry if it comes to you
Dont start eating or stop giving

Dont grow arrogant and stupid like us
Dont hate thought or grow fat
Dont honour brainless braggarts
Your life neednt BE like that

Dont watch our moronic TV
Dont believe the latest shock hype
Dont reinforce your ignorance
Wonder has MORE than one type

Although we see ourselves as
Lord Gods supreme
Please forgive us our ignorance
Your nightmare. Our dream .
